As a #MumSafe Member and Safe Return to Exercise Accredited trainer, I specialise in providing safe and effective training for pregnant and postnatal women.
My mission is simple: to support and empower you throughout your pregnancy and postnatal recovery. I prioritize your well-being, ensuring that you train safely during pregnancy and regain your strength from the inside out after childbirth. But it doesn't stop there. I believe in transforming your mindset, helping you embrace exercise and nurturing a positive relationship with your body (#nomoreprebabybody).
My pre and postnatal fitness classes are thoughtfully designed to address the specific needs of mums like you. We focus on protecting and strengthening your pelvic floor and abdominals, the right way, while keeping you fit and strong throughout your pregnancy and postnatal journey. Plus, I've partnered with local women's health physiotherapists who act as our "eyes on the inside," providing expert guidance and ensuring your training is optimised for your body's unique needs.
With my Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and Postgraduate Certificate in Sport and Exercise Science, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session. Driven by my personal experience as a mother, I recognised the need for specialised pre and postnatal fitness trainers in Hamilton. Inspired by this realisation and after welcoming my second baby, I decided to make a difference. That's when BRSW Pre and Postnatal Fitness was born.
But what truly fuels my passion is my beautiful children. They are my motivation to stay fit, strong, and active, so I can fully embrace the joys of motherhood alongside them. From bouncing on the trampoline to running marathons, I understand the importance of being the best version of ourselves for the ones we love.

After my first c-section I thought my abdominals and pelvic floor would recover on their own. Three years later, I still couldn’t do a sit up and my PF was barely doing its job.

I’ve been doing weekly group sessions with Brooke since my baby was 8 weeks old; she’s an awesome trainer who specializes in returning to exercise postpartum.
She’s careful to tailor exercises to any existing injuries which makes you feel like you’re in safe hands, and she also does the class via zoom so if you’re looking after a sick baby/toddler you still get in your workout (an absolute lifesaver this winter!).
We love getting out together to a class that welcomes babies, I get to do something for myself, and it’s scheduled in so it actually happens, and Brooke will rock your baby so you can finish your set!
