Small group sessions run from my home studio, consisting of pelvic floor and transverse abdominal activations, stretching, strengthening and mobility on the main muscles that get overworked with daily jobs, and a resistance band or dumbbell workout (depending on your stage and ability).  Classes run with the school terms, however you are welcome to trial and join in at anytime.

Babies are welcome to come along to and watch their mums taking some timeout for themselves, meeting like minded mums, healing from the inside out, to become fitter and stronger in order to keep up with the demands of a young family.
