Try out a small group training at either River Ridge or Studio Glow where classes are catered for all stages of pregnancy and postnatal by a MumSafe trainer, so you know you will be in safe hands.
During the class you will learn how to activate your pelvic floor and transverse abdominals, and how to incorporate it into your workout. We will go through stretching, strengthening and mobility of the main muscles used whilst breastfeeding and sitting, the body of the workout where resistance bands or dumbbells will often be incorporated followed, by stretching to conclude the session.
