Join us upstairs at River Ridge East Birth Centre for a group workout consisting of pelvic floor and transverse abdominal activations, stretching, strengthening and mobility on those pesky muscles that get overworked with the daily jobs, and a resistance band workout.

You are welcome to bring your babies along, as long as they are not yet mobile, but no pushchairs due to being upstairs.  So bring along a blanket for some floor time while mum has a workout and a chat with other like minded mums!
