First time mums, working mums, or anyone who enjoys working-out early evening, this is the class for you!
Run from my home studio at 5:30pm on Tuesdays, we start the class with pelvic floor and transverse abdominal activations and deep breathing to calm and destress, followed by stretching and strengthening of overworked muscles from sitting in front of a computer or holding your baby. The rest of the workout is a combination of rep-based and time-based circuits using a mixture of resistance bands and weights wrapped up with safe core exercises and stretching.
